Our Story
Mossy Land LLC is a private investment company buying real estate since 2018. Founded out of a longstanding passion for real estate and a belief that owning property should be more accessible, what started with land has since grown into a diversified investment company active in both land and commercial real estate.
Today Mossy Land works alongside a group of investors, applying the same principles that shaped the company from the beginning: direct transactions, fair terms, and no agents in the middle.

Real estate has always felt personal to me. It's someone's land, their building, their next chapter, and that perspective shapes how I approach every conversation at Mossy Land.
My background outside of real estate has been spent alongside the businesses that live in commercial and industrial spaces. That experience gave me an appreciation for those buildings and the work they support, and it's part of why Mossy Land invests in them today.
